I'm completely redesigning the sites of 2 of my online communities. I have Flash headers that I'm needing help with (the actual site, I can design/modify myself).
One is for a debate site:
www.onlinedebate.net , the other is for an online gaming site:
www.ez-company.net
I already have the header I want for each, but I need them edited from their existing state (should be a breeze for those comfy with Flash already).
I'm an html guy, touch of PS, and just now learning Flash. I'm impatient, can't wait until I'm done with a self-taught course before I get these banners online with the new sites.

Concerning the debate site:
This is actually 2 .fla files. One for index.html, and one that would be used for all other pages.
I need the background altered, a photo layer altered (w/ a more appropriate photo that I'm not sure about to be honest), and the color altered to match the 2ndary .fla header.
The main .fla has an animation I'd like altered, but it may be a lot of editing, so it isn't necessary, depending upon the cost.
Concerning the gaming site
It is a
Counter-Strike and
Day of Defeat online gaming community.
It is very high quality, professional level design (a template from template-monster.com).
I am needing a Day of Defeat header. I have 3 CS headers already. It has music as well, but would need more appropriate background music to set the WW2 theme (think Band of Brothers (who we named our community after actually) or Saving Private Ryan).
It is
not necessary that you take on both projects...just 1 is acceptable.
I do not need any link modifications or anything else not mentioned above.
As I stated before, I'm learning flash, but I'm not there yet to redesign these headers the way I want. Since they this is merely a modification and not a creation, I know that I'd be able to do this myself given enough time. But time is what I don't have, at least, not with the schedule I've given myself to get these sites changed over to their new designs.
If you have no desire or ability to help, and just want to visit a stellar gaming community or try out your thinking skills in sophisticated discussion...well...that's fine too!
Posting in this thread (leaving your contact info of course), emailing me, or private messaging me is fine. I have AIM, but never use it. If we need to discuss details/ideas, etc...I'll hop on (only able to do so at night or on weekends however).
Of course, I'm talking about
PAYING you for your work...but I'm looking for a fair deal here. It's a modification of existing files/layers for the most part. And those that do require adding a little extra to it, would seem to be only photos (which I could help hunt for) and perhaps a brief mp3 loop. I do not need a complete redesign or creation.
