What about it, specifically, are you looking for?

It's just a picture of some chick with a couple gradients applied (specifically a really annoying bright white one in the corner and a mostly transparent one across the whole of the top).

Im sorry i should have taken the time to fully explain what im looking for.

The overall antiqueness look of the image. Not the photo of her just the image it self. Also, i use fireworks has anyone seen a plugin that can make it simple to create an image like that? or i would have to use gradients or what nots.

It just looks like it was taken by a ****ty camery.

I know paint shop pro has some free pluging that allow you to create a similar look (such has Xero, eye candy...) who do work with photoshop too.
