The combination of the name is nice and meaningful to you. Doesn't matter if anybody else gets it or not and it's quite unique.
Of the 2 logos, I prefer the style you are going after in the second iteration, however, the "A" effect is not working, for me. You can achieve that effect using another font. And if you do want to make the "c/d" combo stand out, then you need to work it with overlapping or something. If you want it subtle, then, leave it alone and work that "A".
Also, try different colors to see what looks best.
I don't like the font used for industries.
Just what I think, doesn't mean anything.........
