Is there a font management program that will allow you to choose what fonts will load on start-up with certain programs (Illustrator, Photoshop)? I've been playing with MainType but it doesn't look like it will do that. Is there something that will help me organize my fonts in Photoshop and put them in different folders? For instance, if I want the grunge fonts to be able to just go to the grunge folder and play with the different grunge fonts, but while I am still in Photoshop....if that makes sense. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!
Kelly

You cannot organize fonts inside Photoshop, it is what it is in the application. There are many font management programs out there you can try, you might find a free one that will suit your needs. I use Printers Apprentice, lets you load and unload fonts on the fly and organize your fonts too.

I used to use Adobe Type Manager, but now I use The Font Thing. It's smaller, and free. It can't load gazillions of fonts at once (will lock up your computer), but isn't the reason we get font managers is to only load the ones you need?
