I hope I'm not too late to have an opinion.

The orange logo looks more interesting to me. Believe it or not, the orange structure on the right of the logo looked like slices of mango! Which is a more interesting than the multicoloured version in my opinion.

How about enlarging these "mango slices" ( the orange thing to the right of the logo) and putting it behind the text?

I don't mind foto being pelled incorrectly, it's spelled with an 'f' in many places like fotopick.net, freefoto.com, and many other places. Splling a word differently makes it stand out.

Thanx for the opinion. However, we have decided to go with the colored version since that's what go the most votes.

Also, in a lot of countries, "photo" is spelled "foto" in their language. So, I am not too concerned about that. Its kinda like Starbuck's Chai Tea...Chai is tea so the name is "Tea Tea". Nobody goes around trying to correct that.

Its all in the marketing.

don't really know..do you check (in additonal options)to see the you have "instant email notification" in "Thread subscription" before your post ( I have to scroll down to see Additional Options")

I like the sans-serif font the best. I agree that it looks similar to Sprint's logo, but tons of logos look alike, and since it doesn't sound like a business that would be in competition with Sprint, it's probably not that big a deal. I do think that there should be some color in the typography. Pretty nifty.
