SWF is a compiled FLA file. You can't 'convert' swf to fla. There are de-compilers out that that will take an SWF file apart and sort of put it back together, but most will not convert Actionscript, at least not for free. In the ones I've tried out, they turn a tweened sequence into a frame-by-frame sequence, which is less than optimal.
