If you have the source file "*.fla" you can export the flash movie in avi format, this can be a little bit tricky if your flash movie has animation than is not on the main timeline.
If you don't have the source files, you can record your flash movies as it plays on your computer and save your recording as avi files, to make this happen use a desktop recording software such as www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp or try google for "record your screen" and you will find other solutions.
