the secong 1 was a .SWF form bit i took a Screen shot so i could show u guys and gals

Not much of a graphics expert but I did this one by using a Photoshop filter:
Artistic -> Cutout

Not quite as good as the example but I don't use Photoshop much...

Yes, this is pretty easy. Ok, open up your flash and import your image. next, select the image and then go to MODIFY > TRACE BITMAP

Your gonna have to mess around with the values are read a tutorial on it to get it your way. But thats how they did it with that picture.

well i didnt get what i wanted but it did get something very close, ther eis some things missing, i dont know what tho

I didnt save all my attemps and most time Flash froze on me i tryed Flash 4 and 5 , i came up with this lol

You might try posting it as an attachment too. It has never completely come up for me for some reason. It will also help this thread to load faster.

Right after I replied, both came up. Lol. Won't some of the graphic filters make the pic like what you want?
