Has anyone come across the problem with IE6 rendering images blocky and slightly distorted on 1280*1024 resolution? I am using a PC to view, not sure if it happens on a mac. It doesnt happen on Firefox, and I dont think it happens on IE7

Is there anyway to overcome this problem? Could it be you need to create graphics at a higher res than 72dpi for IE6?

My monitors are set to 1280x1024 and I can open very large images in IE w/o the behavior you describe. I don't think it's a browser issue, unless the image is a lower res one that's been stretched to a larger size. Even that is not a browser issue.
