I'm a beginner at using Inkscape. I'm wanting to use a background colour of #036, but I don't understand the RGB code that Inkscape uses.
How do I get a background colour #036 in Inkscape? (what is the equivalent RGB code?)
(for interest sake, a snapshot of the logo I'm wanting to change the colour is at the top of this webpage, www.airflights.to/temp.php)
