How do you design Template do you use dreamweaver or photoshop

You can't design anything in Dreamweaver, its an HTML editor. If you want to DESIGN you need a graphics program like Photoshop.

I think a lot of people use both.
Photoshop to make the graphics
Dreamweaver to write the code

Here is what I do...
1. I think about what features I would like to have.
2. Then I decide if I want my layout to be graphic based or html.
You can create a template with either DW or PSD.

Photoshop
1. I create my layout in photoshop
2. Use Image Ready to slice it and export it.
3. Import my template in DW.
4. Within DW create a template by naming my main region.

DreamWeaver
1. I create my tables and layout in DW
2. Set my main region and create a template in DW.
