Lionheart and I made a total of 177 avatars for the Couch, by now, and we figured we could also share these 177 artistical avatars with whoever else runs a forum.

They're all art-pieces, nothing related to TV or movies or Anime or whatever. Just graphics.

edit: nope. Tim, I suggest you change :up: and :down: into smilies that display the thumbs up/down images. I made that suggestion on a great many boards that I frequent, and all have applied it and are enjoying it.

Anyway, I'll try to stick around some more, here, but I'm also found on about 15 other forums on the 'Net, so don't expect too much, okay? But I use email notification for all my posts here, so I'm sure I'll be visiting this place every so often. ^_^

I've already got a hold of a Photoshop but only 5.5 the 6.0 ver CD was damage so had to install the 5.0 can it really make those kinds of graphics?... if so I've still got a lotta work/studying to do. PS is a bit complex though..

Yup, I made those with Photoshop, but the ones made by Lionheart are made with Photoshop, 3D Max and Maya.

We both use Photoshop 6.0(.1) which is a big improvement over 5.5 / 5.0 - some of the effects I've used can only be done in PS 6, but others can be done in 5.0 and above as well, and some were based primarily on a set of filters from plugins like KAI's Power Tools and the like.
