One question I wish to ask is, are GIF images, just a script that lays out the image, and are not an image like JPEG are.


And, if the awnser is true, then can someone provide me with a link to such scripting?

False. GIFs are merely 256 or fewer color images which may be "animated" via the sequencing of still frame images using appropriate image editing software.

So there's no scripting available.
