I have a video in MOV format and want to convert to Flash FLV format. I tried the Macromedia Flash encoder and it lost quality from 500MB video file to a 3MB video file. And I'm seeing pixelations.

Got any better converter that doesn't loss video quality?

I can advice only software which I pesonally use. This is Video to Flash Converter. There I can easy convert as mov as other video digital format to flv or swf without quality looses because there I can set different settings before converting.

I use Tube hunter, which has a video converter and dvd ripper with the added ability to download videos from youtube, metacafe and other similar sites to your desktop.
