i'm no expert but it kind of looks like the cross is beeing pushed into your face, i like the colours and general idea but i get the feeling i'm looking at the logo of a pretty pushy organisation

although i just noticed that it could also be a walkway to some higher place... guess it depends on what kind of person is looking at it. i think you should try out a few different concepts, this one can be missread

You may want to change the font to something less bold. Also increase its size and kerning a lil bit so that the text can be read more easily and have some "breathing space".

I've seen it a million times but you have a different take on it by changing the perspective. nice and clean very nice

Thanks to all of you for such nice comments. jbladeus, I have changed the Font. I applied different colors to change its look a bit more. Have a look at these 3 and rate #1 #2 #3 as (?/10)

I think, that first version better. 1st: 8/10; 2nd: 7/10; 3rd: 5/10
