Have been away from graphic design for some time and this piece was just one for experiment, mainly in a more "grunge" environment. Played with tones, over exposure, levels, brightness/contrast, etc. Basically any adjustment to the background to bring out a dark mood. The subtle extras were scotch tape, ripped corners, blurriness, "white-out", marking the muscles, wrinkles, etc. Let me know what you think!

Thanks, it's suppose to be that blurry, hehe. I didn't want the focal point, me, to be clearly seen nor distinguishable which is why I made it as "blurred" as it is.

Ya, it was meant to be white-out. Distracting as in taking away from the overall image?

yeah. It takes away from the effect I think you are going for. I might like to see another effect in its place.. Creatively done motion blur type thing might look cool
