I am wondering if there are any programs out there that i can download and use them to make an online gallery. I can make one using basic HTML and fireworks and what not, but i was wondering if there was a program that would help me make something better then something that i can do freehand?

Photoshop will do web galleries, but not very well.

Check out pbase.com - it's sort of an online CMS gallery that lets you do your own CSS ... there's a lot of variety between individual galleries.

its not a program or nothing like that, but it is easy to implement.
