I am looking for someone who can convert this



to this on the fly



Swift 3D can do it as long as the first image is in .ia format but I need to do it with bitmaps or jpgs any suggestions?

I think you'll have a hard job extruding a bitmap. Lightwave can only do that with .ai or .eps files, and I think that will probably be the case for any 3d app. They will need a mathematical representation of the curve (i.e. a vector) to transform.

Hmmmm... maybe it could be screen scraped into an .eps? Any ideas on that?

ok so I now have solved the first problem and I can convert the .jpg into EPS Vector. Next. Anybody have a solution for doing the extrusion from eps with source code in say .net or C++ ?

it is easy to do with illustrator - there is plugin to do that.
