1. I was wondering how you round the corners of pictures in Photoshop.

2. If I have a space for a (lets say 103 X 115) picture, How do I make a new picture that exact size without distording it?

You wont be able to set the image to the exact size you want without distorting it.

If you set the length as 115 the height will be calcualted through a ratio to keep it the same size, so to stop the picture from being distorted you may have to loose part of the image.

Also for rounding the corners you should find some good tutorials by searching Google

Hope this helps

Hmmm, what I do for rounding corners, is I go to the Rounded Rectangle Tool (next to the Pen Tool) in Photoshop and then draw a shape over the image and then right click > make selection. Then invert the selection and cut off the corners.

And for making the picture an exact size, you can do an Image > Canvas Size on the picture and set it to the specific width and height. It crops the picture to the size you want.

I hope it kind of helped you a little.
