I've been seeing this sales page template all over.

I know its probably simple to do but Im a noob.

Can Anyone tell me how to make this or give me advice
on what program to use to do so.

Fireworks or Photoshop

This is the Gif file that makes the template

seems like just a simple gradient tool but when ever
I try to "use the one i make" as a table background,

It just repeats itself with "gaps" ... looks choppy - not
one solid page like this one makes.

That one's easy. Someone created a full page mockup, with shadow on the sides, and then 'sliced' that small piece out and used it as a vertically tiling background, but I'd be willing to bet they did NOT use tables.

wow... I cant believe how simple that was...

2 drop shadows... I think it through me off because it was
so small...

... and im a nub cake...
