I have no idea about graphical technologies. In these days it has been improved a lot. Can anyone tell me or suggest me new graphical studies.

so you mean like... new programs such as photoshop cs3..?? or tools you can use like graphic tablets such as wacoms or on screen drawing like the cintiq 21ux??

Actually there is nothing new - learn to draw with pencil, than try paints.

If you need to work with photography or web sites, learn Photoshop or similar programs.
There are also many interesting vector graphics editors. I use Illustrator, for example.
Honestly, the list of technologies and software is endless
