Could someone possible change the name "HOMOSASSA" to "LAKE CITY" in the image below? I dont have the right font for the job, which I think is Helvetica 95 Black.

No, it was actually Helvetica LT Std Black. They're almost identical, though.

Do you happen to know of fonts that looks like these...

FAMILY - Nimrod Small Ads MT Bold
HOME CENTER - Nimbus Sans D Outline Bold

"WORD IN IMAGE" - "FONT"

"FAMILY" font can be substituted with a Century Schoolbook or Bodoni MT.
You may have to stretch them a bit. (around 110%-120%)

"HOME CENTER" font is very similar to Arial or Franklin Gothic.
Slight difference would be, for example the curving of the right leg of the "R".
