When I check the why area, ""for my web site connetion"" I got maybe your ftp is being block,maybe by a firewall in your machine. How can I fix that?

well get firefox, and if you have it get Fire FTP for it, try using that

Disable your fiewall from Windows Security in your control panel and test to see if that solves your problem. If so, then you need to set the configuration or preferences from you active installed firewall software.
