I'm Trying to either shrink the margins and/or resize the tables on my site to make it tighter and more narrow

Preferably 800 pixels wide.

How do I do this on each table?

I'm using NVU as my editor.... similar to dreamweaver for those who do not know.

Go into your HTML editor, click on the html tag and this should bring up the html code for your page.
Now click control and f and in the search box that comes up enter table style and click find next.

This should take you to the coding for your tables. Now replace your current size which is 950 px for whatever it is you are trying to change the table size to. Just delete the old number and enter the new number in its place

Always go back to the normal edit mode and view the results of your editing before saving
