I am sick of formatting all my text in notepad is there a tool that can put indents and things for me in the code???????!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

I use Notepad++. It colorizes the syntax and will remember your indents when you press return.

I love Notepad++ also. You can click a - button on the left and "collapse" a div, span, paragraph, or any code that goes over multiple lines.

Im a dreamweaver user, and the CS3 versions quite good, but i do think a bit of the usability went from the Dreamweaver MX

Anyway i find it a good and easy one to use.
