Hello all,

I need some help with this, I'm using Dreamweaver for this website, I created popup menus in the navigation bar and they look neatly centered on IE, however when I tested them in Safari they move a little bit to the right, and in Firefox they go all the way to the left. I would like them to look the same in any browser.

Your table with the id "header" have a position: relative css rule applied, and it's what's mess the whole layout.
Once disabled, it's ok in ff.

But appart from that, the code of your layout is terrible to read...

I'm sorry that was the wrong css file, I uploaded the right one.

You're going to have to accept that you cannot get the layout 100% exact across all browsers, you'll drive yourself insane trying. The different browsers all do some things differently, with IE being the WORST offender.

If the menu is only moving a couple of pixels, that's probably the best you're going to get.
