In the site I used divs for the layout . But as you see when the footer is so high the footer goes near the menu div and when the content is big in height it just goes under the menu how can I fix that ?

Halil, I can't actually see a problem. I've just had a look in IE6, IE7, Firefox (Windows and Mac) and Safari and the footer seems to be at the bottom of them all. What browser are you using while you are developing this web site?

I checked in Firefox and IE7 Windows, and the footer only seems to be 10-20px high, and below all of the other content...what exactly are you seeing? Can you put a screenshot here?
