Not this way.I want a contact form having name,phone no and other details

I need the script t mail all the info from the page itself and user must get it

Above idea is just putting a mail address

Does your server support;
ASP
ASP.NET
PHP
Perl & CGI
Python & CGI
ColdFusion
JSP

Because all those can send email and we don't know which you have available, if any of them at all.

The important point is of course that you can't just use HTML to do it, no anything client-side I think.

Also, your web host might have a mailing script installed already - it's worth search their database.

you can't write a mailing function from a html page becose its a client-side.It is better to use ASP,PHP or ASP.NETdepending on what your server uses these are the easy option for mailing function.
