Firstly i apologize if ive posted this in the wrong part of the forum but i was unsure where else to put it.

i am currently designing my first site using vista as an operating system, Previously i used XP with no problems. My problem is this, when i try to view a page ive created on Firefox i get this error

windows can not find 'C:\Users\Simon\Desktop\DollsHouseGallery\index.ht ml'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.

Now i have tried using 'Run' and just clicking the page icon but i get the same problem using both ways.

This does not happen however if i use IE but i hate it as it stops any active x parts to my pages, navigation, flash etc plus its generally pants.

Any thoughts would be gratefully received

The extension of the file should be 'html', not 'ht ml'

i know, that was just a typo
