Do you mean it's set down lower in firefox?

Might have something to do with

<table width="720" height="100" align="center">

</table>

Also what in the world is this for?

<div align="center"></div>
<div align="center"></div>
<div align="center"></div>
<div align="center"></div>
<div align="center"></div>
<div align="justify"></div>
<div align="center"></div>
<div align="center"></div>
