i would like to add news to my site from another site so baiscally it updates when ever the source updates so it saves me the trouble from updating daily. Any way of doing this? btw the site is for mobile phones.

You need a source RSS feed, but that will automatically update itself. TO view that perhaps the besst 'viewers' are in AJAX - do a search for AJAX RSS or something like that on DynamicDrive.com.

That's a flash RSS reader that will load the RSS feed into a flash object...though I'm not sure whether it will work on a phone. The web site that you're using has an RSS feed, right? If it does, what you want could be accomplished by PHP, Javascript, or Flash.
