I am currently recoding my website and am doing so using tables. In one of the tables, I want to display another of my websites (Coppermine Photo Gallery). This website is supposed to show in the main table.

I have been trying things for the past hour to no avail and I am not very fond of using frames.

if you have to do this:

iframe is just about the only way you are going to do it. its not frames in the conventional sense

If you're going to the trouble of re-coding, you shouldn't be using tables for layout.. step into the 21st century and use CSS for your layout.
