I've recently been developing (well it seems like forever!) a new site but a rendering problem cropped up with a major difference between the way Firefox on Mac and Firefox on Windows rendered the site.
Up till now, I've developed my sites on my Macbook using Firefox. Things have been OK and I've not noticed any differences between how FF for Mac and FF for Windows renders pages. Then comes along my latest creation and boy do I notice it! IE typically displays it completely wrong, but I fixed this with a separate stylesheet. However, Safari renders it differently and then I tested it on FF for Windows which renders it the same as Safari.
This might be a temporary bug in FF or Mac, but I also used Camino which uses the same rendering engine as FF for Mac and it displayed identically.
Maybe it's dodgy coding on my part or maybe it's a serious rendering bug. What do other people think? Should I develop in Safari as opposed to FF for Mac?
By the way, the site is www.whymdesign.co.uk (please don't complain about the colour scheme or anything else - I know it looks awful right now!)
