hey it me holly, ok i make layouts for my horse game as you already know lol but any ways i use front page to make them and i was wondering in there was a porgram that i can use that will make banners and layouts like will dreamweaver do that i can use a adobe or any thing becasue my computer will frezze if i put any thing like that on it so i was wondering if there is a programe that makes layouts and banners like this one

To make banners you're going to want an image editor like Photoshop more than a code editor. You can try The GIMP. It's a free image editor with a lot of features.

I can't promise it won't freeze your computer though.

You can also try an online image editor like Picnik. Also free and shouldn't freeze your computer at all.

I don't think Dreamweaver or FrontPage have graphics editing capability. So you need Photoshop, Fireworks, The Gimp, or something along those lines. I like Paint.net quite a bit, actually. If it were able to open 39 MB files, I could use it for production.
