Im looking at it right now with IE6 and can't see any problems.

The "cooking" image scrolls with the page

You've got the background fixed, so that's what it's going to do ... scroll everything but the background.

On another note.. on my 1280x1024 resolution, your background starts to tile on the right.. and it looks really bad.
