Insert HTML into what?

A template (stationery)? use a HTML or text editor to design the template.

A reply?
Is Outlook set to send as;
Plain text? in which case you can't
Rich Text? Use the formatting tools.
HTML? Use the formatting tools.

It would help if you would give a longer explanation of what you are trying to do.

Agreed! I'd also suggest dumping the MicroSoft product anyway -- go with Thunderbird. Then, you just go to Insert->HTML when composing an email.

When you are in the new message window, click the paperclip in the toolbar, or Insert -> File at the top to insert the html file.

So what's the easiest way to display/embed an HTML into the message body to appear just like a picture does (not as an attachement) with active links? Using the paperclip or Insert -> File only creates an attachement. Outlook's mail format is set up for HTML. The only way I found, which to me is not practical, is to create a signature using the HTML file as a template and then inserting the signature. I created a stationery, but I would have to keep switching between it and "none" in the Tools menu as I don't want/need a stationery, which is kind of a pain. I would use Thunderbird but my company uses only Miscrosloth products.

Hello All - After Alot of confusion I have fOUND THE ANSWER.

Save the File as an HTML file,

Create a new message in Outlook 07 and go to Insert > and click on the Attach File (Paperclip Icon) Your browser will pop up, When you select the HTML file the INSERT button to the bottom right will activate - but to the right of the button there will be a down arrow, click on that, and you will see two options - INSERT and INSERT AS TEXT - CHOOSE INSERT AS TEXT - and your HTML will appear within the Email box !

Hopefully this is clear !
