ahmnnn...my site have a two iframes...first iframe is for my contents while the other one is the navigation...

and what i want to happen is that..when a user click any of my choices in my navigation, its background-color will change, to determine what page the user is browsing in...

hope you get what im trying to say here....

can someone help with this stuff plss?

I'd suggest using Ajax instead. Yes, iframes are more compatible, but Ajax is cooler and either way you'll likely have to use javascript if I understand your task properly. I'm just not pro-frames if at all possible to avoid. No reasoning there; just personal preference.
