Currently I am using a free contact form powered by kontactr.com but it is not working. It is not sending me messages. Don't know why.

So I need a contact form for my site. I don't know it is easy to make for you guyz or not but can anyone please tell me about it?

do i have to pay for it or you can give me the coding for free?

All i need is 4 fields

Name
Email
Subject
Message
... Send button

Thats it, nothing else. No captcha or anything else.

If you are using it for a viewer to contact you and you can use CGI or PL scripts then the most popular script is Matts FormMail. Most hosts advise you to use it. You only need to configure a couple of elements and make sure it has the right read, write, execute privalages (755) on your server.
