Hi, I need some guidance and help for making my current top header bar float.
As you can see in www.proxywhereabouts.com, on top of the page I put a header bar and a subscribe box. I want it to float, meaning even if I scroll the page, it will still be on top and visible. How do I do this?

Thanks in advance.

You need javascript to do that, try dynamicdrive.com.
I'd suggest you NOT do that, it's very annoying.

Also very annoying -- get rid of that red BLINKING text.. OMG that is sssssooooo horrible and distracting.
--and get rid of the equally annoying and distracting scrolling marquee at the bottom of the page -- so 1995.

OMG! :P

Actually, I'm thinking about removing the scrolling marque as well. Thank for the feedback. As for the blinking red text, it does give me some income so, I'll think of something to replace the blink.

So, you are suggesting for me to keep the bar on top of the page like it does now? Sound good.

Thanks.

FRAMES!!! (runs for cover)

Just kidding. You can use position: fixed; however it will only work in compliant browsers and IE7 strict.
