Hi, newbie here. Billy's the name

I have a small website using a free host and sub-domain (50webs). I'd like a comments feature at the foot of each article I create (yes, similar to a blog).

Is there any 'freebie' comment engines out there I can use? I don't mind if the user is taken to a third-party to actually comment, but I'd really like the comments to appear beneath the said article, when the user clicks '9 comments for this article'.

I know I'm probably asking for far too much, freebie wise, but if it's possible then great.

Thanks in advance.

You're hosting doesn't provide PHP/ASP support, so I am unsure how that would work.

Perhaps it would make more sense to use a free blog by WordPress.com or Blogger.com.

Thanks, Mooofasa. I'm fairly new to web design and didn't really know how comment features worked.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to stick with my blog.

As Moofasa said, that would be more PHP/ASP and since you don't get that support from your host...

That looks like a good script but hes using the free plan at 50Webs.com and they don't offer PHP and MySQL, and if you get around 2000 hits a day they will cancel the account.

I you want a blog try blogger.com and wordpress.com there easy to use and have the comment function build in.

And there are a couple of free host that offer PHP and MySQL here is a list
