Okay, my flash website (www.ipsg-us.org) I am working on does not work in IE. Any ideas on fixing this?

I don't see any flash there.
If you're using the <embed> tag - STOP ! IE will block 'active content' until you do a 2-click dance to 'activate' the flash.
