Can someone tell me if this is a hex code on my webpage? it looks like this

how do I get rid of this?

If you look at your code you will find that these characters appear just before your TABLE tag. Just delete them from your HTML document.

Are you, by any chance, using VisualStudio for your coding ? I've seen it consistently add those odd characters to pages, no idea why though.

This looks like a typical charset conflict. You have an editore working in UTF-8, and another soft that works in ISO-8859-1, and the conversion of the multi-bytes characters in single byte cause that problem.

It may be your ftp program that does that.
As I often switch back and forth between Linux (100% UTF-8) and Windows (depend of the applications), I might see some of those strange characters appearing.

Simply delete them, as aldor said. They are nothing less than junk.
