Hi Guys!

I'm new to this forum... I'm currently using Dreamweaver CS3 to develop my personal site but I want to be standard with the code, in other words I'm trying to validate all my documents (HTML 4.0) using Dreamweaver CS3 and this program found a lot of errors that have to do with some especial characters.

Here an image so you can see what I'm talking about:

My question is: Is there a way that I can correct all this special characters faster then doing this one by one? Does Dreamweaver CS3 have any option to do this?

Thanks!

I believe if you press CTRL + F on windows it brings up the find and replace box.

enter the character you want to replace in the first box, and the character that will be the new character in the second box. Then click replace all.

You are right but the thing is there are too many characters to replace, is not just the one I showed in the picture. I wonder if there is another way to do this without replacing character by character...

Dreamweaver has a site-wide search and replace, it will find every incidence of the character(s) in every page and replace them.

You'll need to replace those special characters with the character equivalent, like replacing & with &.
