My index page http://www.downloadfreemusic.cn/ is correctly displaying asian characters, but the site's other pages like http://www.downloadfreemusic.cn/contactus.php aren't displaying asian HTML text correctly.

I tried comparing the source code side by side in WinMerge, but it's like finding a needle in a haystack.

Why is the index page the only one pulling from the correct character set?

looks like your index page is using Unicode (UTF-8) encoding and the other one is
Western European (ISO)

So i think you need to make sure they are both saved as the same although I cant view your source code for the index page.

But File - Save As - shows the 2 differences.

You are also specifying the asian character set in the first and not the second around the text "this is a test".
