Godaddy automatically crates an FTP account for you to use. It should be the same as your login to godaddy's website. However, they allow you to setup more FTP users. So you should be able to upload files to your site without setting any FTP settings.
Ragdoll1607, you need to download an FTP program. Then, when you install and setup that FTP program, you can put your webpage name, user name, and password into the program. Then you can upload your files. Many people suggested firezilla and I think it would be a good FTP program to look into.
