I'd be curious to know the best way to collect, and later view a contributor's address, contact name, phone number, email, as well as amount of contribution itself.

I apologize if I cannot summon the correct terminology to describe with it is that I am looking for exactly, so my description will have to suffice.

Basically, a list to view the people who have contributed; what they have contributed, and in an organized manner-so there is no possibility of confusing Contributor A with Contributor B.

If you can help me: thank you

I'd use PHP along with a MySQL databse to do this, but this is NOT the only way. You could use ASP, but a server-side code is pretty much required

Yeah, I second Gilligan's opinion. I would use HTML/PHP to generate a form for you/others to simply enter the contributors/their information and then once they click Submit, just store all the data in a MySQL database. Then you can just create a simple query to select the contributor's names and amounts from the database.

As far as form construction in HTML is concerned, I think I have got that one covered.

But; when it comes to knowing Just What Exactly to plug in to MySQL to actually store the desired information; that is where I get completely lost.

Can some of the experts here direct me to a good introductory article, or a point of reference where one could learn how to do this for himself?

See, I would ideally like to keep a record of the contributors-as they will receive complimentary items Based On what they've contributed.

Any help, definitely appreciated.
