Hi guys and gals basically i need something similar to this on my website can any one help its a vrm look up there are softwares out there but costs £1000's

oh i see. well i suppose you'd need to connect to the department of motor vehicles database or something of the sort. definitely not html.

You'll need at least three things for this:

1. HTML Code
2. Server side code (ie PHP or ASP)
3. Contact, permission, and possibly funding from the number plating businesses (not sure what to call them)
