i will explain what im trying to do with an image:

lets say i want to display only the part of the website without the red overlay inside the iframe, yahoo is just for the example, i will be using a pic but anyway.
I achieve this using a div+iframe but it looks different on each browser, the main problem is IE, each version shows something completely different, is there a cross browser way to do this?
