over the tables and everything else in the profile at all?

I'm sure you've seen those profiles from those hot chicks that don't exist that want you to click on their pictures and see them naked and stuff; they usually have what i'm talking about: A PICTURE that takes precendence over the entire profile and redirects to another link (whether automatically, or by clicking on it)

I would like to make a profile for my puppy dog, and I want the Image to click on to his website.

So... how would I go about doing this?
