My homepage has no frames.
It has a search box.
Now what happens is when anyone searches - he/she redirects to the search site automatically.
What I want to do is - for the next page - I want to design using iframe - the top frame is the menu of my site and the bottom frame is the search site.
Also - I don't want to use frames on my homepage. I only want to use frame on the next page which appears after clicking search.

May we see your code so that we can see how the search is being redirected? Or a link to your site would be even better.

What site are you wanting to put into the iframe? Is it a page you have created, or an external page? If it is a site you have created, I would suggest you use server side includes rather than an iframe.
